Donate@MCCchurch.net is MCC's new email address for online fund development. The new software behind this address not only will connect our website giving pages and online appeal links directly to MCC's central database for efficiency and accuracy, but it will also help us integrate all the ways you engage the denomination, in one central place. Registrations, clergy license renewals, communications contact information and giving history are all in the process of being consolidated into this new data system. Some of you may have received a mysterious email from Donate@MCCchurch.net earlier this week. We were testing the software and apologize for including you in our learning curve. In the weeks ahead however, we may contact you to make sure we have your current address, email and phone numbers so we can deliver the resources you want and need, as well as inform you about MCC's most urgent priorities. We also encourage you to contact us if you receive mail or email with outdated or incomplete information so we can make all the necessary updates and corrections. Databases aren't particularly sexy, but when they work well to connect, resource and mobilize us...it's a beautiful thing. Thank you for your patience and your help. |
