Locher Food Pantry: The Locher Food Pantry is still collecting the fixin's for Christmas meals. Please bring in any canned vegetables and gravy mixes, boxed mashed potatoes and stuffing mix, etc. All donations are greatly appreciated. Share some Christmas spirit with people in need this season.

We received $1416.75 in offering this Sunday.

Today, we join the celebration and we thank the bill's sponsors for their courageous leadership. We congratulate our friends and colleagues at Equality Illinois and all the LGBT advocates and allies across the state who fought so hard for this victory.

With this move, the Illinois State legislature has moved the country one step closer toward embracing equality, freedom and justice for all people," said The Reverend Elder Nancy Wilson, Moderator of Metropolitan Community Churches worldwide.
