MCC
Building Leaders, Building Churches!

In our efforts to provide denominational programming that equips and empowers leaders along with building healthy churches, we want to also provide you with a Program Book that gives you access to what is being offered in 2012. Click Here

You will see that there are exciting programs for Lay People, Young Adults and Clergy along with opportunities for growth within your Networks. We hope that you will go through the book, Click Here, decide what is most important for you and your church and make plans, in advance, to attend.

2012 is a good time to be intentional about Lifelong Learning and what it means to be the church in the 21st Century. If we fail to make these leaps, we will end up alongside mainline denominations that are largely in decline. So, this is our year to make the turn - to invest in MCC's ability to find the new edge and claim it. In order to do that, we MUST be equipped to minister in a new climate, new culture and new realities.

Make your plans today, Click Here, to engage these programs though out the year!

  • Pastors, we recommend that you personally encourage key leaders to attend the program that best fits their areas of service and expertise and engage in Network Gatherings
  • Lay Delegates, we recommend that you enroll in the L.E.A.D Program and encourage other Lay leaders to do so
  • Board Members, we recommend that you find the summits and other programs/resources that will better equip you to be an effective board member such as the Stewardship Summit
  • Network Leaders, we recommend that you register for the Webinars that are scheduled specifically for helping you enhance your effectiveness as a Network Leader
  • Young Adults, take the opportunities that are available for you to be together at the Young Adult Retreat, stake your claim in this movement, and enhance your own ministry potential
  • Programming Directors, facilitators, teachers, we recommend the Programming Summit as a way to learn new strategies for developing programming that builds spiritual maturity, taps felt needs and attracts new people
  • Facilitators, register now for the CLM Training the Trainer Program so that you can bring this life changing spiritual development curriculum to your local church or add to the number of facilitator who can provide it in your city
  • Pastors, please be part of developing, recruiting, discerning those who are called to professional ministry and encourage them toward the REVM Retreats (Readiness to Enter Vocational Ministry)
  • Churches, make sure that the appropriate people attend the Size Summit because those who have attended tell us that this is the single most helpful offering we've ever provided in MCC for church health and growth
  • Worship Leaders, register as soon as possible to bring your entire team to the Worship Summit as a way to invest in worship excellence and learn how to design blended worship

Make your plans now . . . don't put it off!!! Click Here We look forward to seeing you there!

Sincerely,
