The Governing Board of MCC would like to invite you to join them on Monday, 19 March 2012, and/or Tuesday, 20 March 2012, for a live Business Forum webinar on the Special Virtual General Conference called to affirm Rev. Dr. Mona West and Rev. Hector Gutierrez for the position of Elder. This includes an explanation of the Elder appointment process, voting instructions using Survey Monkey and a brief update on the state of MCC. Please note that the content of the Business Forum is the same for both dates, so you can attend one or both.

 

The following will be presented:

The webinar will be held Monday, 19 March, at 12 noon EDT (4 pm GMT) and Tuesday, 20 March, at 7 pm EDT (11 pm GMT).

Individual Survey Monkey ballots will be sent via email to eligible Lay House and Clergy House delegates at their email address of record when the poll opens on 28 March 2012 at 9:00 am EDT (1:00 pm GMT). If you do not receive a ballot by 10:00 am EDT (2:00 pm GMT) that day, please contact VickeyGibbs@MCCchurch.net
